Self-serve paid plans offer yearly billing with about 17% savings. Enterprise is handled through sales.

Extra usage — pay as you go

When you exceed your plan limits, you can enable Extra Usage instead of being blocked. Charges are added to your monthly invoice automatically.

How Extra Usage works
  • Spending cap: Set a monthly limit ($10–$500) to prevent surprise charges.
  • Notifications: Alerts at 80% and 100% of your cap.
  • Opt-in: Extra Usage is disabled by default. Enable it in Billing → Usage tab.

Managing your subscription

How do I upgrade?

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Plan tab. Click on the plan you want. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout.

How do I downgrade?

Go to Billing → Payment tab → Manage Subscription. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

How do refunds work?

Contact support for refund requests. Fees are generally non-refundable except where our Terms, our voluntary refund policy, or applicable law says otherwise.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes. Annual plans save ~17% compared to monthly. Switch from Billing → Payment tab.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. No crypto or wire transfer currently.
